The center of the storm
It is a new year my children time to walk deeper into my anointing. Do not look back; the past is the past learn from it, avoid the mistakes you made during that time and move forward. Learning from your mistakes brings maturity that you will need to overcome new challenges that you will face in the coming year. This faith walk is a maturing process one that you must go through. Do not whine about it, do not complain this is a road that all must travel, there is no avoiding it therefore calm down and follow me as I lead you deeper into the anointing I have placed on you. Walk in the spirit and you will lay down the desires of your flesh. Do not lose sight of me I am ever present to you but it is you who chooses to stray from the path I have mapped out for you. When you do so you lose sight of me. My children none of you walk the path of this life alone I go ahead of you and all you have to do is follow me. I provide shelter from the scorching sun and peltering rain. At night I am a lamp unto your feet and a light upon your path. As long as you keep your eyes on me you will never get lost. I want all of you my children to be calm this year. Calm yourselves no matter what is going on around you. I want you to develop calmness in your spirit. When you become agitated, anxious, overly excited you become blind to the whole picture you are facing. You do not see the details or pitfalls that are in your path. You have tunnel vision when you get agitated and it gives your enemy Satan a chance to drive you off course. You will not hear the warnings of the Holy Spirit your agitations will drown out His still small voice and if you continue in this state of mind you will let go of your peace and joy. My children you are going to go through great challenges ahead, you need to have a clear mind and a clear heart to be able to deal with and overcome the coming challenges. For this reason I ask you to cultivate a calm spirit, even if the whole world around you is in an uproar I want you to remain calm. The world will be the storm this includes your family, friends and neighbors both saved and unsaved, you will be the center of the storm the part of the storm that is calm and as you remain calm eventually the storm raging around you will follow suit and calm down. I do not want you becoming the agitator, no; I want you to be the one who calms everyone else. Be the peacemaker, the levelheaded one, the gracious one, the patient one, the one who is cool, calm and collected in the middle of the madness, of chaos. My children learn to calm your spirit now because the disasters that will befall this earth before the rapture will require one with a calm spirit to help calm those who will be severely agitated. If all of you are agitated who will calm the other, let cool heads prevail among you my beloved ones. Men’s hearts will fail them as they witness and experience the disasters that will hit this earth. You my calm one will be the one to console, comfort them and lead them to me. If what you experience seems too heavy for you come and fall at my feet I will pick you up in my arms place you on my lap with your head on my shoulder and comfort you myself. Yes I will infuse you with my inner strength so that you will be able to stand in the middle of a raging storm. Come I will lead you to the still waters to quiet your soul. I will not take you to the raging waters, the waterfalls and rapids, no; I will lead you to a tranquil pool. I love you, come to me, let me teach you calmness of spirit.
