The Path of Obedience

Children, I love all of you the same, I care about each and every one of you. All of my children are precious in my sight. Do not be deceived into thinking that I love one more than the other, I do not. However, I am well pleased with those who are obedient to my words of instruction and my commands. I have to use a different approach and a firmer hand with the disobedient and rebellious ones. Children, learn the path of obedience and you will not fall into the pitfalls of disobedience. Disobedience hurts you, it impedes your progress and causes unnecessary frustrations and in the end you get angry at the wrong people including me when it is you who is the cause of all the problems you are experiencing. Learn obedience, learn to obey promptly, learn to obey fully, always follow through with my instructions. I have many children who are lagging so far behind because they insist on walking in disobedience and rebellion. They are going around the same mountain over and over again. They will not change course and then they wonder why there is no progress in their lives or in their spiritual walk. Continued disobedience becomes rebellion; rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft and therefore has no communion with me. However difficult it may seem to you if you know for sure that I have personally instructed you to do something step forth and do it without hesitation. Your job is to obey and my job is to make sure that you are well equipped to accomplish all that I have sent you to do. I do not send anyone out to fail and if you feel unprepared do not be concerned about this for I never fully equip anyone to finish a task, no I equip you while you are on the journey to accomplish my purpose. Abraham did not know where he was going or what he would find when he got there yet he left his father’s house in obedience to me. He learned about his own strengths and weaknesses while he was on his way to Canaan. He learned to trust me when he had nothing and when he had plenty. He learned to trust me for his provisions, favor and safety during his journey and when he entered into his place of promise. He was a stranger all of his life a stranger in the land that I promised him yet he believed that it belonged to him and his descendants after him even before he himself had a son. He believed me and it was accounted unto him as righteousness and he obeyed me and left all that was familiar to him for a strange land. His obedience was rewarded with much favor and provisions. He lacked nothing, I blessed him with all he had and I blessed him with an abundance in everything. Children, learn obedience, walk in it and you will eat its fruit on this side of heaven and reap a great reward in heaven. Obey and walk in my peace or stay rebellious and walk in anger and frustration.

Jesus, Amen.
