“Heavenly Father I confess that I have sinned against you. I repent of my sins and ask you to forgive me of all my transgressions. Cleanse me by the blood of the Lord Jesus. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord of my life and I believe in my heart that you raised Him from the dead. Thank you for saving me. In the name of Jesus I pray and believe. Amen.”
