Do not despise small beginnings

A trickle can turn into a deluge. My children do not despise small beginnings everything that is considered enormous started small. A multibillion dollar franchise started with one store. Nothing becomes great overnight it must have a beginning, a starting point that was not glamorous or impressively great. I know you my children; you live in a world of great things, a world full of greed, a world of excesses in every area of your life. Most people want fame and fortune, no one is impressed by a little, no, they want much and they want it now, they want it with the least effort possible. Many are not willing to wait for growth and success, no; they seek the easy way out, the fastest way to great wealth and fortune. This is a right now generation and this form of recklessness and greed has led many into a life of misery, despair and illegal activities like selling drugs, stealing, robbing others of their wealth through fraudulent practices. This get rich now generation has no respect for hard work and endurance. It is all about the quick buck. They have it so bad that they would rather work themselves to death to get rich quickly than to learn to live within their means. The generation that came before them understood that wealth does not spring up overnight it is something you work at and plan on over many years. It takes careful planning and saving to enjoy a comfortable retirement in your old age. Unfortunately this present generation is not good at saving for their future. They are too obsessed with driving the most expensive car, living in the biggest house in an exclusive neighborhood, wearing the latest designer clothes at the expense of financially planning for their future. It is all about conspicuous consumption which in actual fact is pride and greed. A man’s character is not judged by what he owns but by the way he acts and the way he treats others. The things you own should not define who you are you should be a man of good moral character, of godly character, of my character whether you are rich or poor, with excess or broke. It is all about who you are as a person and how you treat others. As my word says love me first then love your neighbor as you love yourself. Look to me children for most of you whatever journey I want you to take in life begins with a small step. I build the inner man first before I introduce blessings like wealth into your life. It is the same thing with marriage. I prepare those who ask me for a spouse first before I bring a suitable spouse into their lives. You must be built up on the inside with a strong character specifically targeted to help you with the changes I bring into your lives. It always starts small, tearing down walls that you have surrounded yourself with that hinder you from growing positively. This begins at the emotional and psychological level. It begins with something as simple as forgiveness, forgiving yourself and forgiving those who have hurt you, learning problem solving skills, getting rid of pride, jealousy, selfishness, learning to love others without putting up barriers that prevent you from truly opening up your heart to love another person. It all starts with the soul of a man, healing the soul. My children let my Holy Spirit do the work of preparing you for change, for the anointing, for a closer relationship with me. I love you, get ready to change, get ready to grow.

Amen.
