The refiner’s fire
My children the trial by fire is a rite of passage that all who want to mature in me must go through. I am keenly aware that many of you buck at this concept, you are fearful of going through the fire. No, it is not an easy journey, there will be pain involved, you will get uncomfortable, frustrated, even desperate. In the end if you remain in the fire you will come out refined as pure gold, strong, able to withstand the enemy’s deadly attacks. Stop running away from the burning oven, if you remain in this race long enough you will not be able to avoid it. It is in the fire that your eyes are open and you are able to see me very clearly, your ears are opened and you can hear my voice as clear as a bell. I will meet you in the burning oven. I will walk with you. I will make it bearable for you so you can remain in the oven for as long as is necessary. Does that mean I will take away the pain and frustration? No, instead I will be in the fire with you, holding your hand, encouraging you, walking beside you. We will go through it together and when you come out of it your face will shine as with my glory, for you will have been in my presence. How many times do I have to say it? I will never leave you nor abandon you, even in the times when you do not hear my voice or feel my presence next to you I am still right there beside you. I will never let you walk even one inch of this journey without me. To my children who are currently in the burning oven hold on, trials and tribulations do not last forever. You would not be going through this if I did not think you could bear it, you are stronger than you know, you can bear this, yes you can! I have undergirded you with my Holy Spirit, my word and my strength. Yes you are able to stand upright under this heavy burden. You are strong, your stance is true, your God is triumphant. Stop slouching, stand ramrod straight you are surrounded by a cloud of witnesses cheering you on. If you listen in your spirit you will hear me encouraging you. Do not be surprised if you hear the rustling of angels’ wings, they have been assigned to watch over you. No one, no not one person ever goes through the fire alone. I am present, my Spirit is present, my angels are present and prayers are being sent up daily on your behalf. Believe you me someone somewhere is praying specifically for you. They may not know you, they may never ever meet you here on earth but they are praying for you. The gift of the speaking in tongues is in operation in the world today. The times when my Spirit prays through you apart from your understanding he is interceding through you on behalf of one who is in need. All the ones going through the refiner’s fire are being fortified by the prayers of those they may never know or meet and the ones praying for them do not even realize who they are praying for when they pray in the Spirit. Their availability to pray will be rewarded through the fruit that you bear. You are one big circle of brothers and sisters holding each other up. Therefore my intercessors take your job very seriously, lives depend on your prayers, evil events have been overturned or cancelled through your intercessory prayer. Keep on praying.
