Stop wallowing in the past!

Winners do not give up children. They understand how to achieve their goals, they are aware of the risks they must face and are willing to pay the price to get to their prize. If you are unwilling to sacrifice comfort and convenience then you will fail in your mission. Challenges are part of life and he who is wise learns from the challenges he faces. Challenges are not meant to put you down, no, they are like a kiln or a forge, they are processes you must go through to produce a quality product. Children I never promised you a trouble free life, quite the opposite I very clearly stated that you must go through trials and tribulations in this life but you must keep your peace within you. It is so much easier to go through trials when you understand your journey, when you know the destination you are aiming for. It is only one who is lost who will fear his journey for he is unsure of his end or is in denial unaware of his destination yet unwilling to change course. You are my children you know your destiny, you know your ultimate destination as long as you remain in my fold. It does not matter what Satan throws at you, do not lose focus, do not stray from your set path. This is Satan’s plan to lead you astray; he throws all kinds of obstacles in your way trying to sway you from your intended destination. Deal with the obstacles, you cannot ignore them you must deal with them swiftly then keep on walking towards your destination. Yes you must stop and deal with the challenges you face but though they may require your attention temporarily the journey set before you must be completed. Therefore my beloved ones stop whining and get on with it, remember your life is not your own you are to minister to others and be a servant, a messenger of mine sent to serve others. Do not be permanently derailed by trials and tribulations. Yes sometimes you face very difficult situations like the loss of a job or home or death in the family or a family member on drugs or living a life of crime. These are difficult situations that can wear you down or remove your peace from you. They are extremely painful to have to deal with and some people get paralyzed by these events and they stop functioning. These events tend to stop them in their tracks and they cannot seem to find the strength to go past them, to live normally past them. They have no perspective, no plans for the future because they are stuck in their present crisis or a past crisis that they are still wallowing in. Though there is no going back to the way things were before this tragedy happened they cling to it, to its memory. They refuse to let go and remain stagnant in misery and grief. They begin to wilt and die because they have stopped the well of living waters that was flowing through them before and blessing others. They become a brackish pond a pond that is still and lifeless. The streams that were flowing in and out of it have been stopped and now all that lives in it is rottenness, deadness, decay. It is time to get past whatever tragedy struck you and caused you to become stagnant. Life must go on however horrible the tragedy. You cannot change your past but you can influence your future and the future of those around you. Arise Oh dying one; arise to new hope and a new life!

Amen.
